Makes 2- 8-12oz servings:
1/2 can coconut milk (chilled)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (chilled)
1 frozen banana
1/2 small avocado
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 tsp peppermint extract
Store extra in the freezer to make minty ice cream!
20g fat (this is good fat from the avocado/coconut milk, don’t let this scare you!)
5g dietary fiber
