Complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats are excellent sources of fuel and nutrients for your body. Although many of us hear and understand this, it can be more of a challenge putting it into practice without a little guidance. This recipe makes 2 large servings. When served with ½ cup of brown rice, this meal provides 390 calories, 25 grams of protein, 47 grams of carbohydrates (mostly complex carbohydrates), 9 grams of fiber, and 10 grams of fat.
Feel free to use other non-starchy vegetables in place of each of those listed above based on your personal preference.
