My fitness level prior to M3 was pretty good. I have been actively participating in boot camp type classes for the last three years. I can only make it to some M3 classes due to schedule and I have really enjoyed them. M3 mixes it up and keeps it interesting, and the group environment pushes you to work harder than you might if working out alone. I just started but I am looking forward to full sun, hot summer workouts to helped prepare me for the Tough Mudder. And even better – I no longer have to shave my ankles thanks to the M3 resistance band workout!
