NEW!! Long Run Mapping
You asked, I listened! The purpose of mapping out the long runs is for runners who have hectic and busy lives and want to safely increase or maintain their long run mileage to meet their goals. This plan is NOT intended for runners reaching their longest race to date or for beginners.
Monthly Run Coaching:
The most popular plan! Customized running programming with daily workout prescription and pace suggestions based on your schedule, goals and current fitness. Includes:
- your running-specific-strength and core workouts.
- free-to-you app called Final Surge (with the ability to use on a desktop too if needed) so that it is live and constant updates
- contact with Coach Nicole as needed and determined based on your preferences
- Note: Right now it takes me about 2-4 days to set up new clients for virtual coaching FYI after consultation forms have been completed
Running Gait Analysis
Running Gait Analysis. $125 In-Person or $75 virtual. This is a 55-65 minute appointment either in-person (Milwaukee) or Virtual. We can work on:
- Running Form analysis for improving form and running efficiency/economy
- 1-4 specific strength exercises form to improve & perfect (such as deadlifts, squats, core work, etc.)
- Sessions will be 55-65 minutes pending the need followed by a DETAILED ANALYSIS, homework and complimentary exercises to improve, improvement plan and overall thoughts
Frequent Personal Coaching / Training Sessions
$125 per coaching session or $95 per session for a package of 10 or more sessions in Milwaukee at Pettit Indoor Track, Riverside High School or Shorewood High School outdoor tracks (or other location pending ability).
- These sessions are one on one and can include:
- speed work
- running form improvements
- goal settings, race strategy/race year planning,
- long runs together
- strength sessions, etc.
- Right now I am offering online FaceTime/Zoom/Skype video appointments for $75 a session as well. Inquire for package pricing.
